Hey. I've been a member of this thing for a few months and never said anything.

I'm a big fan of Grunge and Alternative rock from the 90's. STP, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, The Toadies, Smashing Pumpkins...you get the idea.

I also just recently re-purchased a copy of "Talk Show" by...well... Talk Show, which is pretty much Stone Temple Pilots minus Scott with some other dude in his place. It's out of print, but a damn good cd. Worth listening to and searching eBay for.

alright guys I'm back and I'd like to make this community go somewhere, and be a little more active. If anyone has any suggestions I would like to here them, and I'm going to try and get Shane to put us in the IF user Info.

If anyone is good with photoshop and image ready if we could get a neat little banner that blinks and shit cause Floriduh has that crap and its kinda cool. whatever suggestions go in the comments.

Febuaury is The Toadies Appreciation Month. Peace out.

This is an extremely important post.

On December 20, 2005, Queens of the Stone Age played a show at the Wiltern in LA.
Possibly the most amazing thing ever happened. For the encore, the crowd was told that "...now we're gonna play something REALLY old..."

And then out walks JOHN fucking GARCIA, who you may or may not know was the lead singer of the A++++++ band KYUSS.

They played and JGarcia sang three old Kyuss toonz, Thumb, Hurricane, and Supa Scoopa.

Video footage of Hurricane has surfaced, and the others are excitedly awaited.

WHY THE FUCK DON'T I LIVE IN LA

hey.
who's got the new nirvana box set(sliver)???, most people say that "with the lights out" it's better, but i'm sure that this one is a good one, or am i wrong...
and is it true that alice in chains are going to play together again...hopefully they will, obviously is not going to be as good as they used to be with layne, but the three of them are pretty good anyways so...
it would be cool to have great music back...
comment on this if you want...
